MISSION STATEMENT
Rainbow of HOPE'S mission is to educate preschool - 6th grade children at their optimum levels of achievement. We hope to instill a life-long desire for learning.
Philosophy
Rainbow of HOPE Private School strives to educate young children using small class sizes grouped according to academic ability, rather than solely grouped according to age. We feel this provides more individualized instruction, which allows the
child(ren) to learn at a greater pace than average, while also providing a greater sense of self-confidence and self-esteem. We provide a "homeschool" environment to instill a greater sense of security and comfort. We also use a faith-enriched curriculum to help the students realize the importance of being caring, loving, and respectable Christians throughout their lives.
ADVANTAGES OF RAINBOW OF HOPE
Small classes (10 or less students/teacher)
More Personal
Home-like environment (provides sense of security and love)
Less Seat Work
Less Repetition
More flexibility
More freedom
More enjoyable (provides an early love for learning)
When students are done with their work, they may have quiet free time. They are not forced to sit in their seats and do repetitious seatwork until others are finished.
Variety of teachers (teachers teach subjects in which they are most knowledgeable, therefore, they are more interested teaching and the students will be more interested in learning that subject). Students are not placed with one teacher all day. They will have different teachers which helps prevent personality conflict problems.
Academically grouped classes (Students are placed together according to academic ability, not age. This will allow for more challenging, less frustrating activities and a greater amount of academic achievement.)
Enrichment classes (Spanish/ French, Sign Language, Christian Study, Music, Art, Computer)
Quality care (You will get your money's worth!!)
